Tracey was excellent! She was available to me whenever I had a question and was patient in answering all of my questions. Tracey agreed to purchase a one year home warranty when the seller refused to replace an outdated heat pump and hot water heater. The heat pump was not working when the home inspection was done.
Tracey also helped negotiate during a very tough process as the seller was not willing to negotiate or accept any of my (the buyer) request.
