The Sullivans are simply the finest agents!

We have worked with Sully and Teresa on several purchases and sales and could not be more impressed with their work! Their knowledge of the market and processes to make the contract happen is unmatched, and they are extremely responsive in every
stage of the process. When we encountered hurdles in the process (as a result of the buyer and his agents), they were quick to jump in, propose solutions, and keep things moving. Although this was not the largest contract we have worked with them, they treated it with the same level of attention and detail as with much larger deals. They are simply the finest real estate agents we have ever dealt with, and could not recommend them highly enough!

They kept us constantly apprised of what was going on, and were able to coordinate with the various local entities there which was especially helpful for us since we are out of state.
