I'm now living the good life in Gloucester!

Teresa and Sully were very through with the initial inspection of my home and had indicated some things that needed to be addressed to prepare the house for showing. Had it not been for their keen eyes I’m sure I would have missed many items that needed correction before putting it on the market. As it turned out, I got more than I was asking for. On the down side though, I did have to make some repairs after the inspection in order to close the deal, but I was ok with that and Teresa and Sully helped me thru that process as well. All in all the whole process went smoothly and I did not feel so vulnerable knowing Teresa and Sully were with me and available at all times. I'm now living the good life in Gloucester!

The Sullivans are not afraid to give advice!

My husband and I loved working with Sully and Teresa. They are very professional and very nice people. To begin with, we tried selling our home before unsuccessfully. Then my husband did some research and hired Sully and Teresa. They arranged the photo session with staging, which turned out to be much better than our previous one. We received a few offers before house showed up on Zillow and such. It was the first week of house being on the market. Throughout the process they were very helpful. The Sullivans were very kind, responsive and knowledgeable!

This move was particularly stressful because my husband and I were selling in order to rent a property to allow my elderly mother to
live with us. The Wineberry property would not accommodate my mother's needs. So, it was bittersweet to sell a home we loved.
