Both buyers and sellers can benefit from the determination, integrity, professionalism, humor, compassion, honesty, and friendliness that she brings even in the most oddest of situations!

My wife and I worked with Heather for over 3 months. During this time, not once did she not answer the phone or email. If we needed to talk to her in the evening, she would state that she would call after she took care of her family and then she would help us 'till 10 o'clock at night. No-time was a bad time to Heather!

In the latter part of my career in the military, so many times missions would fail because someone took for granted that the other person "got the email" or "got the text" and would not follow up with a phone call or physically check to see if something was done. Heather does not have that problem. She has an amazing communication ability. She took nothing for granted and would always follow up. If we asked her a question, (and we asked some doozies!) she would quickly follow up with us through email with a phone call confirmation. She would physically go to the property to check on something for us; no matter where the property was. She would ask anybody anything for us, and then follow up with us to see if we needed anything else.

She is just an amazing professional, real estate agent, and now an amazing friend.

She has exceptional knowledge of the local area, the housing market, and the real estate processes. She went to lengths to research additional information (much more so than what I have experienced from other agents) on multiple properties which helped us avoid properties that would not meet our goal. On our purchase she researched and negotiated extra land that was not included in the original listing and negotiated a much reduced price. In summary--she's great!

Tabitha was such a pleasure to work with—she is patient, thorough, professional, and very personable. I began my search over the summer as a young first time homebuyer and wasn’t too sure of the process; I even paused my search for a few months due to the market. She remained communicative the entire time, and helped educate me on items and options throughout the process. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed—which was very much appreciated as I sorted some items out and tried to determine the best route forward. Once we found a property, she was on top of everything with inspections, the seller, and my lender which made my life a lot easier during a normally (I would imagine) stressful process.

If you’re a FTHB, I would definitely recommend meeting with Tabitha. She goes above and beyond, and was truly phenomenal to work with.
