The up front honesty was my absolute favorite aspect of our time spent with John. He did not hesitate to give us any and all advice that helped us so greatly to navigate where we wanted to go and how much we were willing to spend based on things he noticed when we toured certain homes. We walked away instantly from 2 homes we visited based on the knowledge of up front issues he saw as soon as we pulled onto the property and knew we were not going to deal with the hassle in our fist home. Guiding us through where we want to raise our children and having a home where they could play outside and have a backyard as well.
