Having moved 14 times in 31 years, we have worked with many realtors, most of them quite competent. However, Denise Fleischmann proved to be the best of them all by far. Having worked with her in the past few years, (2012-2013), she not only performed an excellent job of marketing and selling our former home, but went above and beyond in helping us locate and purchase our current home as well. She was always available, (and if we needed to leave a message, she was promptly returned our calls). She quickly tracked down any information we requested and performed her duties in a timely, skilled manner. She is also a wealth of information concerning Williamsburg and the surrounding areas (and has many contacts to turn to for any additional information that may prove to be helpful). In summary, she is a delight to work with......kind, courteous and entirely professional. We highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor !

She sent us gifts since we bought our house on multiple holidays! She would randomly just check up on us and make sure that our property at was going well. Most importantly she freaking answers the phone! She took at max 7 minutes to reply to anything I've ever sent her. She is REAL and doesn't feed you complete nonsense when trying to get your business. All questions were answered and the communication was spot on. John has been the absolute best realtor we have ever used. He has helped us through three moves, including the last one back to Georgia. He is very keen to listen to what you’re looking for and knows the market in Williamsburg and Hampton Road inside out. I highly recommend John if you are a house seeker or a house seller. 5 star+++

He was very good at listening to our concerns and was always responsive to our requests, no matter how last minute. We appreciated his professionalism and it was most apparent when he showed a home, really letting the home "show" itself. He answered our questions honestly based on his experience and knowledge of real estate. This is refreshing for a buyer who is already inundated with choices and needs a realtor who is reliable and doesn't go straight to a "sales pitch."Because Gary has done work on his home, himself, he can offer great tips and ideas on how to go about improving older homes. We were specifically looking for, and ended up purchasing, a home in Queens Lake where Gary lives. Since these are older homes, Gary showed my husband in and around his own property to show the work he had done! Very helpful! Thanks Gary!
