Having moved 14 times in 31 years, we have worked with many realtors, most of them quite competent. However, Denise Fleischmann proved to be the best of them all by far. Having worked with her in the past few years, (2012-2013), she not only performed an excellent job of marketing and selling our former home, but went above and beyond in helping us locate and purchase our current home as well. She was always available, (and if we needed to leave a message, she was promptly returned our calls). She quickly tracked down any information we requested and performed her duties in a timely, skilled manner. She is also a wealth of information concerning Williamsburg and the surrounding areas (and has many contacts to turn to for any additional information that may prove to be helpful).
