I think that Tony’s calmness helped a lot. He helped get us moving forward (quickly) by setting a schedule, which was what we really needed to get moving on things. The easy thing was that we knew that the schedule was not an absolute, but, it gave us something to shoot for (and, we met his proposed schedule). We appreciated his guidance on both those transactions, and felt like he was the appropriate choice for this sale.
