First Time Home Buyer

As a first time homebuyer, I faced a lot of uncertanity, questions, and stress going into the home buying process. Toby helped me and my husband when looking to buy our first home together over three years ago. I have worked with many real estate agents in the past and some are definitely better than others. Toby is one of the best!
He's so easy to work with, very personable and easy going. He's very knowledgeable, not just about the buying and selling process, but about all aspects of real estate. He has personal experience in real estate investing and rentals so he offers insights when looking at homes that other agents may not be able to offer.
Toby also has great connections with other professionals. He recommended a fantastic home inspector (the absolute most thorough I have ever met) and even connected us with a contractor to refinish our floors after we moved into our new house.
Even after three years, my husband and I still stay in touch with Toby. He's always quick to respond to any questions we might have. He's come by our house to assess our value after we made some improvements. He gave us advice on making additional improvements (which would increase the value of our house and which ones wouldn't). He's consulted us when we were considering selling our house or renting it, and buying another. He actually recommended we stay put, even though there was nothing in it for him. He's always willing to discuss the current market with me, which I like to do from time to to time just to stay informed. He's just a great person to know!
