Without Sally’s assistance with negotiations, we would not have found our forever home. Her knowledge on escalation clauses enabled us to secure the property. Sally conducted an Open House, and allowed us to set a deadline for offers. Both allowed for speedy offers and fewer days showing the home, which is helpful when you have dogs and kids to clear out before a showing. In all honesty and truthfulness, Sally did everything from reminders to transfer utilities to ensuring the buyers on our home were quickly completing their contingencies.
