Although the buyers lawyer gave us rats and cats before closing - Pat kept us calm and closing was a breeze. All documents were in order and there were no surprises. We worked with Pat finding another home in the Northern Neck and in July we bought our home in Drum Point. Again, closing was a breeze as Pat had everything all lined up and there were no problems. We " High Fived" and said great job! The next time came in March 2020. Pat helped stage our house. She even purchased new brass knobs for the cupboards. Pat pays attention to ALL details! The house sold 2 days!

Getting us set up before we even arrived for our trip to buy a house (we were coming from out of town). Once we arrived, we had two and half days. Lisa had everything very organized and we were able to see everything we needed to see.
