Teresa was amazing! Any time there was a problem she would respond as fast as possible. She was really available and looked our for my best interest. She advised me to the best of her capabilities and found answers when they were needed. There wasn't anything I would have changed about my experience.

We cannot recommend Sully and Teresa highly enough! We have worked with both of them on multiple purchases and sales, and have had nothing but outstanding experiences. They understand the real estate market on the peninsula very well, and provided us with invaluable guidance in every instance. With our last home sale, we asked them about a year out for their advice to prepare the house for the market. They gave us excellent suggestions, and with their effective marketing we received a great offer on the first day! As a team, they are extremely responsive, and we always knew that any issues that came up would be dealt with in a timely fashion. You could not ask for better partners, whether purchasing or selling a home!
