The Sullivan's strategy and negotiation skills are top notch

I knew Sully and Teresa were good...I had NO IDEA they were this good! I have a new respect and appreciation for their skill.

We had no idea what we were doing and to be able to trust Sully & Teresa 110% always saying "whatever you think we should do, dad" was huge. Their strategy and negotiation skills are top notch and got us a deal on an amazing house. They always kept in constant contact even over Thanksgiving vacation as we submitted an offer right before they went out of town for the holiday. Teresa was a huge help in getting the house we had to sell staged and photographed beautifully.

Grandpa Sully even took care of our baby while we went to closing. Our son loves him some Sully, no surprise there. We plan for this to be our forever home, but in the event that it isn't, we will be calling Sully and Teresa out of retirement to help us once again. We could not be more happy with the service they provided to us...from
strategy, to negotiation, to Teresa's care and Sully's jokes. We were big fans of the Sullivans before this and love them even more now.

Teresa was absolutely on top of things!

We sold a house and bought a condo. I did EXACTLY what she said to do, and we won all the way around. What Teresa did that we found most valuable was that the house book available on pdf. and listings on line, photos were excellent, having a partner in Sully was also helpful, so I was never without an answer to a question, paying for staging expert, knowing handyman to fix things and the best home inspection man on the Peninsula (Jamison Brown). Terrific recommendation for a moving company. I will absolutely refer Teresa and Liz Moore & Associates in the future. She just seems to know the answer to everything.

Team Sullivan absolutely went above and beyond!

They went above and beyond when getting our house prepared to go on the market. I could not have dreamed of a better scenario. The Sullivans teamed up to ensure repairs were done and met delivery personnel at the house whenever needed. My wife and I live out of town and were unable to be there to meet any contractors. Their extensive knowledge of Coventry (or the market) and their willingness to get the job done is very evident. They tackled each challenge with a can do attitude and constantly came up with solutions to problems. Everything was handled very professionally and promptly.
