Sully went to work setting a fact based, indisputable selling price based on an informal but nonetheless flawless â€œSullivanâ€ algorithm. Teresaâ€™s input ensured we, the clients, were particularly comfortable with the figure after eliciting our numerous data points. Then another of her myriad of skills was brought to bare in amazing fashion. She put together a marketing package that was tediously crafted to realize maximum visibility, while ever mindful of overexposure. Over the last 25 years I have bought and sold two homes with The Sullivans. I met Sully in his rookie year.
