Born and raised on the Peninsula, Shavonne is a regionally ranked REALTOR® recognized among the top 300 real estate professionals on the Peninsula. Since beginning her real estate career in 2019, she has built a reputation for knowledgeable guidance, thoughtful service, and a client-first approach grounded in integrity and genuine care.
Before real estate, Shavonne spent 10 years as a High School Science Teacher with Newport News Public Schools. That foundation as an educator continues to shape the way she serves her clients today. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond her individual business. Shavonne served as 2026 President of the Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS® (VPAR), leading the organization prior to its merger with the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association and the creation of the newly formed Coastal Virginia Association of REALTORS®of which she serves on the Board of Directors. Throughout her career, she has received multipleGold and Silver Production Awards from VPAR, as well as the association's 2022 Community Service Award. Early in her career, Shavonne was also recognized as 2020 Rookie of the Year by Liz Moore & Associates. In 2023 Shavonne earned Associate Broker's license. She also holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation.
Those accolades are meaningful, but for Shavonne, success has always been measured by something more personal: the trust of the people she serves. Her lifelong connection to the Peninsula gives her an intimate understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make this area special. Combined with her experience, market knowledge, and passion for helping people, that perspective allows her to offer clients a level of service that is both highly professional and deeply personal.
Away from real estate, Shavonne is the proud mother of a highly creative son and treasures time spent with family. She enjoys working out, cooking, yardwork, volunteering through her church and within the community, and as a true Peninsula native, quality seafood and plenty of sunshine.
