Tabitha made our home selling process a BREEZE. She handled every single detail from our photos, listing, open house, and excellent marketing strategy. Any question we had, she had the answer. She sold our house in one weekend and we closed without a hitch. She is the total package and we would use her again in a heartbeat. We’re a military couple so we have recommended her to our friends who also move frequently, and put her card up on our base because we want everyone to have as great of an experience as we did. Overall, we can’t say enough wonderful things about her.

Tabitha taught me how to pick a home. she educated me on everything necessary to make a good informed decision. Tabitha put a lot of time, effort and thought into every part of my buying process to make sure I was getting the perfect home for me. From negotiating to helping me to schedule appointments with the well septic and other inspectors.

Tabitha was such a pleasure to work with—she is patient, thorough, professional, and very personable. I began my search over the summer as a young first time homebuyer and wasn’t too sure of the process; I even paused my search for a few months due to the market. She remained communicative the entire time, and helped educate me on items and options throughout the process. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed—which was very much appreciated as I sorted some items out and tried to determine the best route forward. Once we found a property, she was on top of everything with inspections, the seller, and my lender which made my life a lot easier during a normally (I would imagine) stressful process.
