We have bought and sold houses across the country and by far Katherine was the most proficient and dedicated agent we have every worked with. Katherine asked all the right questions to learn exactly what we were looking for. Very honest and upfront with us about realistic expectations we had. We always felt like we were her only clients. Katherine took every phone call immediately or returned the call within a matter of minutes. Katherine was just as responsive to our text and emails (boy did we burn her phone up with text). Katherine was involved in every aspect from searches to helping the buyers agent (overcome some hick ups in buyers progress) to helping with our move. We will definitely call on her again for any future real-estate needs. Give her a call when you need the best agent in the area.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of working with Katherine Rhule to find a home in the Northern Neck. She was not only very professional and punctual, she has a great wealth of knowledge about the area. She was able to discern the houses that would be of most interest to us. She didn't waste our time taking us to any home we would not like... in fact, I found a lot of potential in just about all the houses she showed us. Somehow, Kathy seemed tuned in to just what we wanted to see.
