We have bought and sold houses across the country and by far Katherine was the most proficient and dedicated agent we have every worked with. Katherine asked all the right questions to learn exactly what we were looking for. Very honest and upfront with us about realistic expectations we had. We always felt like we were her only clients. Katherine took every phone call immediately or returned the call within a matter of minutes. Katherine was just as responsive to our text and emails (boy did we burn her phone up with text). Katherine was involved in every aspect from searches to helping the buyers agent (overcome some hick ups in buyers progress) to helping with our move.
