Jake has amazing ability to deliver hard news to clients. Something that most agents lack. Great overall experience as our property manager and listing agent. We sold our house in 4 hours with multiple offers and our closing went very smooth with us being out of state tenants. He has been able to coordinate it all for us without a hitch.

Made sure our house was always in top condition with it being rented to be ready for sale and having a great relationship with our tenants to make sale as smooth and seamless as possible.
