Andrea Pokorny is a long-time resident of the Williamsburg area and extremely knowledgeable about the goings on locally and the surrounding areas. We spent the last 7 years living outside of the U.S. Having never been to the area, her knowledge was a genuine plus in helping us decide where exactly we wished to reside.
We could not be more pleased with the integrity and professionalism demonstrated by her. In a truly competitive housing market right now, Andrea stayed on top of the home searches with us daily, helping us find a home in Lanexa just outside of the Williamsburg, VA area. Most homes during our 3-month search were accepting offers less than 4 days of the posted listing with multiple offers on the table.
