Liz Moore Love Where You Live Photo Contest Prize Giveaway Rules

No entry fee is required, and a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chance of winning, Entrants need not use a Liz Moore and Associates, LLC agent to win.

Entrants must complete a contest entry form and upload photo on lizmoore.com/love.

No entry fee is required and winner need not be present to win.  The winning entrants will be notified as soon as possible by phone, mail or email. Winners will be determined by a panel of judges coordinated by Liz Moore and Associates, LLC, and winner consents to the announcement by social media.  Liz Moore and Associates, LLC will conduct selection of the winners and its decision is final.  No entries will be returned. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

Winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these rules in order to claim a prize.  No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except by Liz Moore and Associates, LLC, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value.  Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.  Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied offered by Liz Moore and Associates, LLC.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.  All entries must be received by Liz Moore and Associates, LLC before the conclusion of the contest September 10, 2024. Employees of Liz Moore and Associates, LLC and any of its affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, in-laws, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Participation in the promotion constitutes winner's consent to Liz Moore and Associates, LLC use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Liz Moore and Associates, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, and select the winner(s) from the entries received prior to the modification, suspension, or cancellation.  Liz Moore and Associates, LLC agrees to take such action in a fair and appropriate manner.
