I would recommend Denise in a heartbeat - we were moving from across the country to Williamsburg and had to do a lot of legwork long distance. Once we were able to come into town for a short house hunting trip (3 days), she devoted her undivided attention to us showing us probably close to 20-25 houses in a two day span, one of which we ended up putting an offer in on. From that point, she facilitated the whole process for us locally, including finding someone to cut our grass!
