They went above and beyond when getting our house prepared to go on the market. I could not have dreamed of a better scenario. The Sullivans teamed up to ensure repairs were done and met delivery personnel at the house whenever needed. My wife and I live out of town and were unable to be there to meet any contractors. Their extensive knowledge of Coventry (or the market) and their willingness to get the job done is very evident. Nan was instrumental in our purchasing a new house and selling our old one.
