The biggest was probably getting us the estimates for wallpaper removal when we were gone...having the estimates allowed us to get a jump on reviewing the estimates and making a decision so we could get the work started upon our return. We interviewed 3 realtors from 3 different companies and we were hapy to say that we picked a winner when we selected Shirley Hammond and Liz Moore and Associates. A job relocation forced us to quickly get our house on the market.
