Hi! I am Sara. I was born and raised in the Northern Neck, and raising my five children here has been one of my greatest blessings. They grew up knowing this place is different, something truly special, a feeling of home they will carry with them forever. My roots in the community run deep, not just through the places I've lived, but through the people, memories, and moments that shaped who I am. The Northern Neck isn't just where I grew up, its where I learned what " home" truly means.
I love telling the story of this area, the quiet back roads and winding creeks, the hidden beaches you stumble on by accident, the small town spots locals keep to themselves, and the peaceful way of life that is hard to explain unless you have lived it. Watching clients discover these little gems and seeing them fall in love with the area the way I did, is one of my favorite parts of the job.
My approach to real estate is very much who I am as person: calm, steady, and go-with-the-flow, but also firm and protective when my clients need someone to stand up for them. I believe in honesty, clear communication, and making sure people feel supported throughout the entire process. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have too. I try and make things simple, understandable and as stress-free as possible.
Over the years, I've developed a strong hands-on eye for homes through my own renovation and design experiences. I enjoy helping clients spot potential, understand value, and imagine what a home could become with just a little vision. Whether someone is looking for a fixer upper, a waterfront getaway, or a move-in ready home, I love talking through the possibilities.
More than anything, I care about people feeling a sense of belonging. The Northern Neck really is a special place, not just for its beauty, but for its community, its character, and its way of life.
