Shirley is an absolute bulldog...with the exception of a bulldog's 'looks'. She is absolutely tenacious on behalf of her client in pursuing the client's best interests. Beyond that, Shirley realls 'knows' her clients ~ she knew the first house we saw and 'wanted' wasn't for us...in part, I could tell that from the blood that was trickling down from her biting down on her lips so hard as were working to put in an offer. Shirley left no stone unturned, even at closing she was sharp as a tack and going over every listed cost no matter how small with a fine tooth comb. liz Moore completely rocks, your one client rule (no dual representation) is absolutely the right approach. Also love your mural on the wall showing the area; you all have a very beautiful office that perfectly epitomizes the very professional nature of your company.
