Debi will work for you in the best way. We lived in Texas, and Debi went to houses we selected, took videos, and sent them to us. She helped us negotiate a price just hundreds below the next highest bidder. She worked directly with me to amend the contract for inspection repairs. Her recommendations were always right on. She arranged for local, trustworthy (and inexpensive!) contractors to come out to the house and prepare estimates and do repairs. She responded to texts and emails way past business hours. She solved problems for us as they came up with minimal effort on our part. I am very skeptical about real estate agents, but Debi earned my trust and acted in my best interest the whole time. 5 Star Rating!

Chris began as my real estate agent & quickly became a friend. She knows this area & cares about it because she lives here too. She's involved in our community & knows everyone. There's nothing she likes better than walking a piece of property because she loves the land. If you're buying or selling she's the woman for the job. You won't find a smarter, more knowledgeable or more caring agent than Chris Austin. I've lived in this area for almost 75 years now & whether I'm buying, selling or looking, Chris is the "who" I call. She's definitely a 5 Star choice.
