Always kept us informed about the process....from listing to closing

If I could give them ten stars I would. Sully and Teresa helped me sell my mother's house years ago. When it was time to sell my house, I of course called them. They let me know what I needed to do to get the best price for my house and guided me along the way. My house sold as soon as it hit the market. Sully and Teresa were always there for me and I could not see using anyone else for my real estate needs. Wonderful experience.

He was very patient with my requests. He informed me of each step in the buying of a condo and selling of my home. I had complete confidence in his and Teresa's knowledge and abilities. This was, by any measure, an *epic* sale. 19 months, a subdivision, buyer's agent having trouble with her client, lots and lots of issues, and a bad neighbor...But these two stayed the course and got us through it all. Did I say, "Epic!"?

I valued Teresa’s transparency in always telling me every possible outcome, whether it may have been her preferred choice or not. She always gave her best advice and stood by me regardless of my choices – Sully too! Couldn’t have done this without them.

As her youngest daughter and care taker, selling mom's house after her passing was mentally stressful for me, but Sully was most understanding and sensitive to that and made the whole situation so much easier. Most valuable were the frequent updates on our stage in the process and instructions on action items that needed to be taken care of. They did everything.

They are always extremely responsive, completely knowledgeable about the area and the process of both buying and selling properties. They gave us excellent advice on upgrades that would help sell the house. The house sold in 2 days!
