Peggy went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. Even to the point of answering questions about costs on the settlement paperwork for me after closing. I truly cannot say enough good things about Peggy Todd. You definitely want her to sell your home.

Peggy found a buyer for the condo without our having to take pictures or advertise in any way.
