Tony did a great job!

He knows the market very well and did a great job of marketing the property. He helped with repairs and finding contractors on short notice. The transaction went very smoothly and communication with the buyer's agent was excellent and timely. We also appreciated the service that Lytle Title provided as it made the closing process work very well for us and receive the disbursement through a wire transfer.

Tony lead us through the entire process

We did not have to figure anything out. All arrangements were made through Tony, leaving us only to figure out how to pack. This was our first time selling with an agent and there is nothing that Tony did not do. He was professional and stayed on top of all events making the selling experience as pleasant as possible. The pre-inspection was very helpful and the Matterport was a pleasant enhancement. We very much enjoyed receiving the black and white picture of our home at closing. It sits front and center of my bedroom in my new home.
