She was a pleasure to work with! The amount of time and dedication put toward some rather unique situations, many of which were in my opinion well outside her lane, that she engaged and took care of in order to take care of her clients. She was able to help me buy my dream house. Leanne was able to negotiate with the sellers realtor on the price of my dream house, she made sure they still paid some closing costs, paid the home warranty and did all repairs needed before closing. She also looked over my closing worksheet to make sure it was accurate, which it was not, and I ended up paying less at closing than expected.
