All questions and concerns were addressed promptly - she typically responded to emails within 30 minutes, even outside of normal business hours. Her guidance was extremely helpful in the negotiation process and showed her years of experience. She is also very personable and easy to work with through the lengthy buying and selling process.

Throughout the process of purchasing our home, Faith was in constant contact and updated us regularly. She was diligent about making sure we knew what our next steps should be and offered any assistance that we might need.
