She made herself available to us by email, telephone and text, which really made scheduling (whether it was photographs, showings or the inspection) a breeze. Additionally, Faith always made sure that she sent us a reminder email or text before appointments, which kept us prepared and organized during a really busy season of life. During closing, Faith found a duplicative charge on the settlement statement and didn't hesitate to inquire on our behalf. We ended up getting the statement revised, which resulted in a larger amount of money for us–always a good thing when you are the seller! This interaction is symbolic of the type of realtor Faith is: client driven, detail oriented and someone you can trust. We are so thankful for her assistance and support, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the greater Williamsburg area!
