As a first time home buyer who did plenty of research on the process and watched the market and homes before initiating the process, I was blown away. Lyn came to the table and immediately made me feel comfortable with the process. Her knowledge of the home buying experience, what to expect and how to navigate it were amazing. She was able to point things out about the home that I did not think to look at, provide valuable feedback into her thoughts on the properties for their value when I asked. In negotiations she kept me calm and navigated situations I wasn’t sure how to handle like a pro. Lyn is the best. I sold my house in Midlothian while I lived in Dallas. Lyn did everything for me. Contractors, picking out paint, decorating, handling contractors that said they finished and didnt. Lyn was welcoming from the start and very positive about moving in general. She was realistic about potential pitfalls and rough patches and was ready to help us handle them as they came. She was great with gentle suggestions as we looked into property upgrades and she dealt with a frustrating home warranty transfer situation for us. She got us into homes that were not originally on the listing site. She helped us out of a bid on a home that we were not

and beyond to assist us as out of town buyers, working on our odd schedule, answering questions from our children
