My home buying process was not simple by any means. It included five inspections (you read that right), the usual ongoing negotiations with the seller, a completely unresponsive electrician, issues with buying two lots in one sale, and issues after the sale that came from buying an estate. Sally was the best to have by my side through it all. She is responsive, knowledgeable, assertive and an excellent problem solver. You'll be settling if you choose anyone else.

We must have looked at 20 or more houses with Sally. She never once was discouraged, but just kept looking for something in the criteria we were looking for. Sally did everything she could to make the purchase happen and smoothly as possible. The seller side threw her several curve balls and she kept moving forward and handled anything they threw at her. She is awesome! We have already and would definitely refer Sally to others.

Sally Sheard helped me buy my first home. She made it fun, easy, and a lot more effortless than I thought. The thing I appreciated most from Sally is that I never felt as if I had to check back with her. She always kept me up to date on housing information as she got it. She never didn't do anything she said she was going to do. She took the time to search for units that fit my needs and desires, and she even went beyond that and as it turned out, one of the units I was on the fence about was the one I purchased...and I am elated that I did! My husband and I just recently moved to Virginia from Washington State. We have never been to the east coast. Very blind going into this move. Sally has been an amazing help. She found us a beautiful home. She was willing to go the extra mile. When we got to do a walk though of the place, Sally walked us around via Skype for us to see the place from Washington. Not only was she a huge help in finding a home, she has made sure we are settling into this new area. Whether it's a friendly text or a cute card in the mail! This move wouldn't have gone so smoothly without Sally. My husband and I will be forever be thankful for her help!

I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it's been to work with Sally on our first of many houses that we do together. Sally has been very persistent on getting this done even though there were many obstacles on the way. I have been buying and flipping houses for about 10 years and dealing with many real estate agents through the years. Sally handled everything in a very professional manner and you would never know that this was her first sale. She was the only one that took the time to meet with us and show us houses, we called around and nobody seemed to give us the time of day. She's very social and likes to talk to people. We're a military family and thanks to her we found our home away from home.
