Debi sold my friend's condo 10 years ago in my same neighborhood, and I remember thinking she was so friendly and professional that if I ever needed a realtor in the future, I would contact her. And I did! She was very organized, and always gave me great advice during the buying and selling process. I bought my new place within 2 weeks of us starting to work together, and she sold my condo within 2 weeks of the listing date. Amazing! I will refer Debi and Liz Moore & Associates in the future.

Debi has helped me purchase two investment properties. With each, Debi provided great service before, during and after the closing. Debi's attention to detail and service are the best I've seen. She will be my first call for my next purchase.

Debi will work for you in the best way. We lived in Texas, and Debi went to houses we selected, took videos, and sent them to us. She helped us negotiate a price just hundreds below the next highest bidder. She worked directly with me to amend the contract for inspection repairs. Her recommendations were always right on. She arranged for local, trustworthy (and inexpensive!) contractors to come out to the house and prepare estimates and do repairs. She responded to texts and emails way past business hours. She solved problems for us as they came up with minimal effort on our part. I am very skeptical about real estate agents, but Debi earned my trust and acted in my best interest the whole time. 5 Star Rating!
