The most important thing an agent can do for his client is to be present. Marcus was that agent. I am a worrier by nature and so definitely reached out numerous times and he was always available to me. I even had a repair at the condo I was buying, and he was able to go over and greet the person, as I was running late. ABOVE AND BEYOND! Customer service was A+ and though we knew each other, he gave me professional treatment and answered every question, concern, and covered every detail of the process.
