This realtor matched our needs perfectly, and it is because Sandra took the time to talk to the realtor prior to referring us to make sure the realtor would be helpful for us. Secondly, Sandra provided expert advice regarding renovations and repairs that were necessary prior to putting our house on the market as well as things that were not necessary. This was helpful in that she saved us money in the long run. Furthermore, the manner in which our house was marketed was spot-on beginning with the timing to put it on the market, to the promotional pictures and advertisements, to the social media and web presence. Everything worked! Lastly, Sandra was an expert in helping us understand real estate policies and laws that have changed since we bought this house in 1997. Overall, we appreciated her calm nature and reassurance during this time for us moving from a home of almost 30 years, retiring from our teaching jobs, and moving to a new state.
