Amy and Jason went above and beyond helping me.
I bought a house sight unseen except through pictures and videos.
Amy and Jason went to a house that I wanted. Took videos, looked for damages etc. Then met my daughter there so I could see it Facetime. Amy went to the house again when I paid for the inspection. Took video of the inspector telling me everything he found. Then I talked to the inspector to get his full in put. Nothing major wrong. However , what did need repaired. Amy went through everything with me. She made sure the owner knew what we wanted them to fix. He countered by fixing almost all of it. All the expensive fixes he did. Amy again stayed on top of everything being done for me. She requested he pay closing cost. They agreed.
I lived in SC and was working on selling my own property there, while working on buying in VA. I was stressed to the max and Amy made it so easy for me.
The house I bought in VA has everything I wanted in my house and yard.
I don’t know how I would have gotten through it without Amy.
We moved in to a house ready for us to make it our new home.

After 2 years of waiting to be able to make this big move happen.. Amy was there from the beginning and never pressured me. Just checked in to see how I was doing. When it was time, I chose Amy to be my realtor. Best thing I ever did was to trust Amy and Jason to help me get my dream come true. I now live close to my daughter and grandkids after waiting for my turn to move.

People say it’s hard to go through buying a home. While I had a realtor in SC (a friend) and one in VA( I never met), it Was so easy to get done with the help of my realtor. I met Amy and Jason at the house , to make sure I really wanted to buy it on the day we closed.
We decorated for Christmas as we set up. My Christmas present to myself.
