Everything! Kim was patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. She helped to navigate a process that was not straightforward and with someone who had never sold a home that was in a trust. I was not local (selling from another state) so Kim did so many things for me. Even sent me mail that had not been picked up by the neighbor.
