I ask a lot of questions, and Steve patiently was able to answer all of them, or find me the right resources. Then, during the negotiations with the seller, Steve expertly walked us through our options and recommended actions we could take to ensure all problems were solved promptly. Even after close, Steve has kept up with us to ask how things are going and how he can help as we settle into our new home.
