She replied to phone calls and emails promptly making us feel like we were her sole focus. Kim was also very accommodating to my crazy work schedule and helped to work around it, making herself available when it worked for both of us. Kim just made us feel well taken care of and made buying our first home and amazing experience. I couldn't be happier with our new home and our decision to choose Kim!
