Our experience with Kim was perfect from start to finish. Approximately 6 years ago I was looking to move from New Jersey to the Richmond area which is when I was first introduced to Kim. At that point we had found a house from someone else to rent but she had made such a great impression on us that, five years later, when looking to purchase, she was the first and last person we spoke to. She had and still has such a great vibe. A very positive aura about herself which we instantly fell in love with. My wife and i had done some preliminary numbers and information gathering but Kim took it to the next level. We decided to use all of Kim's associates throughout which worked out very well for us. All we had to do was find the perfect home. Once we found the home, Kim was right there in our corner every step of the way making negotiations smoother than i could have imagined. It was truly a blessing to have such a wonderful person in our lives as our family took that next big step forward. Should we every have the need to make any further decisions on real estate, she will most certainly be the first and most likely person i will call.
