Kim is incredibly hardworking!

As we work toward closing our third house with Kim Geddis in the past 9 months, we'd just like to share a few thoughts. We met Kim when we wanted to list our Moseley Road house. This was a unique property that required a lot of work. Kim is incredibly hardworking! She walked the property with potential buyers and was always there when the house and property were shown. Selling a property with acreage and no real comps for the home can be a challenge. Kim never stopped trying to come up with new ways to market the house. Our mortgage lender was so impressed with Kim he even had Kim help his own children look for and purchase houses! You won't find a real agent who works any harder and always with your best interest at heart than Kim Geddis!
