Honest and thoughtful consideration of all of our needs and concerns before we expressed them..maybe before we realize them. We were impressed with Kathy's down to earth and approachable demeanor. We felt like she got a good sense of who we are and what we looked at each property through our eyes with super valuable layers of local knowledge that we did not have. We felt like Kathy, from day one and that trust and gratitude for her only grew stronger throughout the process.
