Stephanie was a huge asset

As someone that was out of the state while selling, Stephanie kept me in the loop about everything. She also helped me contact local businesses. She let me know what needed to be done to the house in order to get more money, and it all paid off. She worked with me on positioning the house with the right price and worked to help us when there were multiple bids. Really, Stephanie was a huge asset. She even tried to explain to me the the funds wouldn't be available to me if we sold right around a holiday. Being from NJ, I didn't get it.
