Jake was really wonderful to work with because he cared so much about finding us the perfect home, which he did! He gave us a kind nudge to start looking at homes and we quickly found our perfect home. This was our first home buying experience and we are thankful we trusted Jake to help us with his process. He made sure we got the best deal possible and knew when to push and negotiate with the seller. Jake really cared about finding us the perfect home and didn't push us to move forward with anything we weren't 100% in love with or comfortable with.
