Heather is an outstanding professional. I am retired military and have moved 15 times; she is by far the best agent I have met in 25 years. She has exceptional knowledge of the local area, the housing market, and the real estate processes. She went to lengths to research additional information (much more so than what I have experienced from other agents) on multiple properties which helped us avoid properties that would not meet our goal. On our purchase she researched and negotiated extra land that was not included in the original listing and negotiated a much reduced price. In summary--she's great!
