I'm Cassie Dickerson, a Realtor with Liz Moore & Associates. As a Richmond native and Riverdowns resident, I bring firsthand knowledge of the Robious Road corridor and experience throughout Greater Richmond. Since 2018, I've loved helping clients navigate important moves and life transitions, combining local market knowledge with a practical understanding of how people live in their homes.

My experience includes guiding clients through custom new construction, from permitting to final inspections, and helping relocating clients connect with their new community even after closing. I'm especially skilled at making downsizing manageable, from sorting through years of belongings to deciding which updates are worth the investment before selling.

For sellers, I create a customized plan for preparation, pricing, and marketing, adapting our strategy as buyer feedback and market conditions evolve. For buyers, I help compare options, recognize potential concerns, and navigate contracts, inspections, and deadlines. You can expect candid advice, clear communication, and respect for your timeline.

You work directly with me, backed by my personal and marketing assistants, dedicated buyer and seller transaction coordinators, and the resources of a broker, attorney, and title company within our office. This support helps keep your marketing, paperwork, and closing details on track, with additional expertise available when needed.
