About Stefanie Hall

I'm proud to call Williamsburg home—specifically the Jamestown area, where I was born, raised, and now live with my family. Growing up here gave me a deep appreciation for the history, character, and sense of community that make this area so special, and those roots continue to shape both my personal life and my real estate career.   I graduated from Jamestown High School and went on to earn my Associate Degree in Interior Design, which sparked a lifelong passion for homes, architecture, and thoughtful design. That foundation naturally evolved into real estate, where I've proudly been a licensed Realtor® since 2015 and continue to be a top-producing agent serving Williamsburg and the surrounding areas.   Today, my life is beautifully full. I'm a mom to a daughter who attends Matoaka Elementary School and a son in Pre-K at The Kensington School. My husband, Mike, is a licensed General Contractor and Carpenter, and together we bring a unique blend of real estate expertise, construction knowledge, and hands-on experience to every transaction. Over the years, we've flipped homes, tackled renovations, and lived through the realities of buying, selling, and improving properties—experience that directly benefits my clients.   Outside of work, you'll often find us enjoying the outdoors—boating on the Chickahominy and James Rivers, running local trails, or spending time with friends and family around town. We're passionate about historic homes, Southern architecture, and preserving the charm of the community we love.   Professionally, I've been honored with multiple National Sales Excellence Awards, “Best of the Best” recognitions, and a designation in Resort and Second Home Properties. While those accolades matter, what I value most is the trust my clients place in me. I pride myself on offering a highly personalized, relationship-driven experience—combining market knowledge, design insight, and local expertise to guide clients confidently through every step of the process.   Real estate isn't just my career—it's personal.
