My name is Morgan Letchford,

For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of serving my community as a Registered Nurse, a career I still proudly practice today. Now, I'm bringing that same compassion, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality into real estate.

I understand that behind every real estate decision is a story. Sometimes its a joyful new beginning, a growing family, or a dream come true. Other times, its navigating a loss, divorce, financial challenges or simply needing a fresh restart. Whatever your reason, your story is safe with me. No judgment. Zero pressure. Just genuine care, honest guidance and someone who puts relationships over transactions.

Outside of work, I am blessed to share life with my husband Blake, a former Richmond City Police Officer. We have two amazing children and a little pittie who is convinced he's our third child. We are a sports-loving family. Our son plays travel baseball and our daughter is a gymnast. We also LOVE to be outside as much as possible. In my free time, I love to exercise and spend time with my family.

My passion for serving others didn't end at the bedside. It simply found another place to call home. Whatever your 'WHY' -I am here for you.
